Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison authentique dans le cadre d’un stage d’entraînement en altitude pour le vélo. L’accueil est comme les années précédentes chaleureux, toute l’équipe est aux petits soins, attentionnée et toujours disponible. La cuisine italienne est non seulement délicieuse mais aussi parfaitement adaptée aux besoins des sportifs : des repas équilibrés, copieux et variés, avec des produits frais et de qualité! Côté récupération, tout est pensé pour optimiser la forme et le bien-être : des espaces de repos agréables, SPA, massages, cryothérapie et concept unique d’alpinothérapie. Une maison que je recommande sans hésiter à tous les cyclistes et sportifs en quête d’un lieu alliant confort, performance et sérénité.

Un vrai coup de cœur ! Chambre spacieuse, literie ultra confortable, tout le nécessaire à portée de main, et une délicate attention pour notre arrivée tardive avec un mot personnalisé et des douceurs. Nous nous sommes sentis attendus et choyés. L’ensemble du personnel a été adorable du début à la fin, toujours souriant et disponible. Le spa est une bulle de sérénité. Nous avons adoré l’ambiance feutrée, les installations impeccables, et le massage en duo qui nous a permis de vraiment déconnecter. Un vrai plus dans notre séjour à la montagne. Une adresse bien-être que nous recommandons sans hésiter pour une vraie parenthèse relaxante.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner meals were both excellent in the hotel restaurant with other nearby options for meals as well. Very nice view of the Alps while sitting on the back balcony. Although the room was very nice, while staying on the 2nd floor, there was a constant "rat-a-tat-tat-tat-tat" noise that started in the morning and continued in to the evening, likely emanating from the first floor, kitchen perhaps. I asked a front desk staff to listen, but he had no clue as to its origin but said he would look into it.

This was my 4th visit to GR having left a 5 star review in May 2023. Unfortunately had to check out a day early this time due to multiple issues. What's gone wrong since my last visit: No welcome treats or stocked minibar anymore (now have to order) My friend's room wasn't ready when we arrived after 4pm, cleaners still in there Found someone else's shoes in my room, seriously !!!! Bone in my breakfast sausage which I had to spit out Friend had to go to reception 3 times to get his door card working Our bikes (£25k+) left in unsecured storage unlike previous years Offered free aperitifs then tried to charge us for them Reception took 3 attempts to get our checkout bill right, kept trying to charge for 3 nights when we left early Jules at the bar was helpful throughout. Management did email back but felt like generic responses rather than genuine concern. The location is still great but for a 5 star hotel these basic things shouldn't be happening. Really hope they sort it out as we've loved coming here in the past.

Tijdens onze deelname aan Alpe d’HuZes verbleven we met ruim 70 collega’s in hotel Grandes Rousses. Het hotel is prachtig en biedt een sfeervolle en comfortabele omgeving. Onze kamer (nr. 124) was ruim opgezet met een gezellige tv-hoek, apart toilet, een gecombineerde bad/douche, een tweepersoonsbed en een losse slaapbank. Het uitzicht over de bergen was adembenemend! De ontvangst bij de receptie was zeer vriendelijk. Na onze eerste klim in de vroege ochtend konden we bij het hotel genieten van een uitgebreid ontbijt, met vers fruit, broodjes, scrambled eggs, worstjes, sapjes en yoghurt. Alles werd keurig aangevuld. Later op de dag maakten we gebruik van de spa, die vanwege de Alpe d’HuZes rustig was. Een gastvrije medewerkster gaf duidelijke uitleg over de wellnessfaciliteiten. ’s Avonds hadden we met onze groep het hele restaurant voor onszelf, waarbij de eigenaresse ons persoonlijk verwelkomde. Het dinerbuffet was uitstekend en het personeel deed er alles aan om ons van drankjes te voorzien. Een fantastische ervaring, zowel qua verblijf als service. Absoluut een aanrader!

Lors d’un séminaire d’entreprise de 25 personnes, nous avons résidé à l’hôtel pendant 3 jours. Hôtel 5 étoiles très décevant ! Les chambres d’hôtel étaient à la hauteur ainsi que la décoration. Néanmoins, le personnel est désagréable et mal organisé. Nous avons payé une salade César 28€ avec des produits glacés (sûrement surgelés). Le café est servi dans des thermos. Enfin, Ils ont tenté de nous faire payer un massage supplémentaire 4 semaines après notre visite lors d’une demande de rapatriement d’une veste. Un hôtel qui ne mérite pas 5 étoiles !

Pour un 4 étoiles c'est vraiment décevant d'être obligé d'attendre qu'une table se libère pour pouvoir déjeuner et attendre le café pendant 10 mn, car il n'y en avait plus sur le buffet. On paye le prix dans ces hôtels c'est quand même pour avoir le service parfait.
